It was a very fresh hotel - I loved supportive staff and ABSOLUTELY PERFECT location. The staff did all they can for a lovely stay. The bed was amazingly comfortable and food was absolutely delicious. The service was brilliant, totally satisfied. Also, I did n't find issues with free wifi in public areas.

Brilliant staff, luxury bathroom & perfect beds - all for a nice stay. Breakfast was super and had lots of food. I liked that the room was soundproof and fashionable. It was close to the Al-Rajhi Mosque, historic location overall.

Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was nice! Thoroughly enjoyed that they had onsite restaurant El Sharq, no need to go somewhere else. Attractive and competitive value for money against other hotels in Mecca.
